Competition Format:
Under 7 & Under 8 Age Group
5 A Side
Max Squad Size = 10
1 Group of 6 Teams
1st and 2nd placed teams after the group stage will play each other in the Cup Final.
3rd and 4th placed teams will play each other for the Plate Cup.
Under 9 to Under 12 Age Group
7 A Side
Max Squad Size = 12
2 Groups of 6 Teams
Winners from Group A will play the winners from Group B in the Cup Final.
Runners Up from Group A will play the runners up from Group B in the Plate Cup.
Under 13 to Under 14 Age Group
9 A Side
Max Squad Size = 14
2 Group of 6 Teams
Winners from Group A will play the winners from Group B in the Cup Final.
Runners Up from Group A will play the runners up from Group B in the Plate Cup.
Under 15 to Under 16 Age Group
9 A Side
Max Squad Size = 14
1 Group of 6 Teams
1st and 2nd placed teams after the group stage will play each other in the Cup Final.
Tournament Features
All players in the U7 to U10 age groups will receive a medal.
U11+ medals for all teams that reach a final.
Loads of football (each team will play a minimum of five matches)

Rules & Regulations
Registration and Entry Fee Payment Deadline = 30th May 2024
No Academy or Centre of Excellence players or development teams may enter.
Age groups are as per 2023/2024 season.
Please note that by FA Rules only children who have reached age 6 can play.
All teams from outside of Kent must bring proof of affiliation with theitournament, kent, youth football, r County FA.
Max 2 teams per club per age group
No dogs or BBQs are allowed on site.
Alcohol is not permitted at any time, anybody breaching this rule will be ejected from the tournament.
Pilgrims FC is a smoke free club and therefore there is to be no smoking or vaping in the vicinity of the pitches.

To help you enjoy the day and to help us with our organisation, can you please ensure you arrive at your games on time. Remember the referee’s decision is final; respect them and help create a friendly atmosphere for all the games.
Any information you require from today’s event will be available from the control tent. In addition, there will be Pilgrim’s representatives on the field throughout the day who will be pleased to help you, please just ask.
We expect some good competition over the day with some hard-fought games and we would like to see very high standards of sportsmanship, both on the pitch and off it. So please respect each other and our neighbours around the ground… and have fun!
